Production Times:
2–4 working days for standard custom moon lamps and glass ball lamps.
Shipping & Delivery:
Standard delivery to the UK and internationallytypically takes 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch due to the customisation on our products. (Shorter times for non personalised products)
All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery window: 7–14 working days from order placement.
In the unlikely event your item does not arrive within 40 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this, we cannot cancel as production begins shortly after.
Returns:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:
- Damaged
- Incorrectly customised (due to our error)
- Not delivered within 40 days
Refunds & Replacements:
