All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery window: 7–14 working days from order placement.
In the unlikely event your item does not arrive within 40 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this, we cannot cancel as production begins shortly after.
Returns:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:
- Damaged
- Incorrectly customised (due to our error)
- Not delivered within 40 days
